Important Pet Export Information

Sedating pets is not recommended as it may be unsafe during flights.

Aircraft holds used for pets are temperature controlled to ensure their comfort.

Pets must travel with the correct paperwork, vaccinations and veterinary certificates.

If a stopover is necessary, your pet will be cared for at the animal facility in the transit airport and provided with water and a small meal.

Some airlines will only carry pets if the pet shipping agent is an approved IPATA / IATA registered shipper.

The transport crate or kennel must be the correct size for your pet’s comfort and compliance.

We request your pet’s measurements so an adequate crate can be provided.

We assist with all required paperwork and ensure your pet is compliant for travel.

Our service can be provided on a door-to-door basis for your convenience.

Quarantine & Destination Requirements
